Solace Couture

At Solace Couture, every piece is crafted with precision and inspected to meet our highest quality standards. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we maintain a structured refund policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or odor

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items purchased during promotional events, limited releases, or special offers

  • Items returned without original packaging and tags

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solace Couture is not responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly.
